IV Fira de la Sal 2019

On 25, 26 and 27 October, the 4th Fira de la Sal (Salt Fair) was held at the Ibiza Salt Flats, a tourist and cultural event aimed at disseminating heritage and culture. It was organised by the Sant Josep Town Council, the Consell d’Eivissa and the Natural Park Ses Salines d’Eivissa i Formentera, as a commemoration and tribute to the people who worked in the salt flats, to raise awareness of the traditions surrounding the manual extraction of salt through different activities.
