Cala Carbó video

Cala Carbó is a small quiet cove located in the Cala d’Hort Nature Reserve, in the municipality of Sant Josep.

It is especially suitable for families or people who love quiet places with the possibility of bathing and sunbathing without any risk for children. You can also try the typical Ibizan cuisine there.

It is a sandy cove with areas of shingle and parts covered by underwater vegetation. The beach is very gently shelving with a gradient of just over one metre per 25 metres, so you are not out of your depth until you are about 50 metres or more from the shore. At the ends of the beach there are rocky areas with a very interesting seabed for snorkelling.

You can get there from Cala d’Hort via Es Cubells, or from the side road located on the outskirts of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, following the signposts. Both routes are on metalled roads.
