Cala Vedella (or Vadella) is a wide cove with fine sand and a very gentle slope, sheltered by pine trees and cliffs. Its waters are generally calm and shallow, ideal for families, and the rocky edges offer perfect snorkelling spots. Alongside the cove you will find restaurants, equipment rental, various amenities and water sports centres (paddle surfing and diving schools). It is easily accessible by car, and the bus stop is just a stone’s throw away. It is superb option for spending the day with children or in a group, enjoying long swims, good food and picture-postcard sunsets surrounded by boathouses.

From the left turnoff located on the outskirts of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, at kilometer 13 on the Eivissa–Sant Josep de sa Talaia road, following the appropriate signs along a paved road.
TRANSPORT: By car, bicycle, or bus, as there is a regular service during the summer.
DISTANCES: 22 km from Eivissa and 9 km from Sant Josep de sa Talaia.

Being very enclosed, it is highly protected; the winds may blow from land toward the sea.
This beach, due to its shape, has great charm and offers views of the islet of s’Espartar.
