Des Codolar beach

Beaches

A long pebble beach beside the airport and the Ses Salines Natural Park.

Es Codolar is a long pebble beach stretching along the edge of the Ses Salines Natural Park. Its open, unspoilt landscape makes it an excellent place for seaside walks and for watching kitesurfers and windsurfers when the wind picks up. Although it is not the most comfortable beach for sunbathing, it offers a unique and highly photogenic setting, with views of Cap des Falcó and the surrounding salt flats. Sturdy footwear is recommended for walking over the pebbles, and extra care should be taken with the waves when easterly winds are blowing.
