Sabors d'Eivissa in Sant Josep

Sabors d’Eivissa eis an initiative launched by the Departments of Agriculture and Tourism Promotion of the Consell Insular d’Eivissa, in collaboration with professional sectors of the agri-food sector belonging to the PIMEEF. Its main objective is to promote and highlight the island’s traditional food and fish products, as well as to boost Ibizan cuisine as a tourist attraction.

The initiative began in 2012 with the creation of a label to identify restaurants that include local products on their menus.

Sabors d’Eivissa offers a guide to restaurants that adhere to the seal, which are committed to seasonal products and reflect the essence of the Mediterranean in their dishes. Eight of them can be found in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia.

Balneari

Cala Carbó. In a prime beachfront setting, El Balneario is a benchmark for seafood cuisine in the south of Ibiza, offering friendly, professional service, accompanied by a menu featuring fresh fish and Ibizan produce. This restaurant is the ideal place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Cala Carbó. Its speciality is baked fish finished on the grill. Tlf.  971 808 251

Can Berri Vell

Sant Agustí. Dining at Can Berri Vell is a unique experience combining the atmosphere of a 17th century Ibizan house with the charm of the village of Sant Agustí. S’Espartar

Zona Cala Tarida. Famous for its bullit de peix, this restaurant is a must for locals and visitors alike. Es Bol Nou. Since 1988, this restaurant has become a benchmark for traditional seafood cuisine.
