Sabors d'Eivissa in Sant Josep

Sabors d’Eivissa is an initiative promoted by the Departments of Agriculture and Tourism Promotion of the Consell Insular d’Eivissa, in collaboration with professional agri-food sectors grouped under the Pimeef. Its main objective is to promote and distinguish the island’s traditional agri-food and fishing products, as well as to showcase Ibizan cuisine as a tourist attraction.

The initiative began in 2012 with the creation of a seal to identify restaurants that use local products in their menus.

Sabors d’Eivissa offers a guide to restaurants carrying the seal, which champion seasonal products and reflect the Mediterranean essence in their dishes. 9 of them are located in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia.
