The municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia<\/strong>, with an area of almost 160 km \u00b2 and a coastline of more than 84 km<\/strong>, is home to whole array of natural and ethnographic attractions that make it a prime location for numerous audio-visual projects. The diverse, cosmopolitan nature of its people, its well-kept natural environment and its iconic nature provide the ideal setting for any film shoot, with the magnificent natural lighting of an island with more than 320 days of sunshine a year<\/strong>, a guarantee for the success of any programme.<\/p>\n

In order to provide the industry with a tool that meets its needs, the Sant Josep Town Council has set up the Sant Josep Film Office<\/b>. This office has the mission of assisting the work of film professionals who choose our municipality for their production, becoming an important ally of a strategic and highly relevant industry for the worldwide projection of the municipality.

– Reportaje fotogr\u00e1fico: 200,00\u20ac<\/p>\n

– Rodaje de car\u00e1cter comercial (series, cortometrajes o largometrajes): 600,00\u20ac<\/p>\n

– Spot publicitario: 800,00\u20ac<\/p>\n

– Cambios en la fecha de filmaci\u00f3n autorizada que no sean imputables a la Sant Josep Film Commission: 50,00\u20ac[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Informaci\u00f3n acerca de rodajes en playas, parques y jardines” tab_id=”1672910846961-2d2cb052-c8f5c3b8-3120″][vc_column_text]No se podr\u00e1 llevar a cabo ninguna actividad en estas zonas salvo que el espacio propuesto, por sus caracter\u00edsticas y situaci\u00f3n pudiera ser autorizado, expresamente.<\/p>\n

– La circulaci\u00f3n y estacionamiento de los veh\u00edculos que resulten necesarios para el rodaje tendr\u00e1 que efectuarse, siempre que fuera posible, por las v\u00edas asfaltadas o viales existentes.<\/p>\n

– Tienen que adoptarse las medidas que resulten necesarias para la protecci\u00f3n de la vegetaci\u00f3n, la fauna, el mobiliario urbano y los elementos decorativos.<\/p>\n

– Tiene que evitarse, mientras sea posible, la ocupaci\u00f3n de zonas de especial protecci\u00f3n medioambiental. En el caso de ser necesario, ser\u00e1n imprescindibles los permisos oportunos de las administraciones p\u00fablicas competentes en cada caso.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Informaci\u00f3n acerca de rodajes en monumentos y edificios municipales” tab_id=”1672910846985-55ba6de3-1233c3b8-3120″][vc_column_text]Si se solicita licencia complementaria para la ocupaci\u00f3n de monumentos o edificios municipales, ser\u00e1n preceptivas las siguientes determinaciones:<\/p>\n

– No se autorizar\u00e1 la filmaci\u00f3n de productos que no resulten acordes y compatibles con el car\u00e1cter hist\u00f3rico y\/o art\u00edstico del monumento y, si procede, del edificio.<\/p>\n

– Cualquier uso de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica o de cualquier otra infraestructura del monumento o edificio, lo tendr\u00e1 que llevar a cabo su personal t\u00e9cnico o, al menos, bajo su supervisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

– El equipo de rodaje tendr\u00e1 que seguir todas las instrucciones que los sean dirigidas por los responsables del edificio y adoptar las medidas necesarias para evitar cualquier da\u00f1o en sus diferentes elementos y facilitar la inspecci\u00f3n del material que se introduzca, en caso de ser requerido a tal efecto.<\/p>\n

– La productora tiene que cuidar el correcto comportamiento y respecto al edificio por parte de los miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n
