SANT JOSEP: Experience the Traditional Olive Mill of Can Benet
4 PM – Departure from Cala de Bou (Pinet Playa bus stop) towards El Trull de Joan Benet.
Registrations: At the Tourist Information offices or by email at turisme@santjosep.org
4:30 PM – Guided tour of the traditional olive mill: Learn how Ibiza’s “liquid gold” is made.
5 PM – Traditional dance performance by Grup Folklòrik Sant Jordi de ses Salines: Discover Ibiza’s folklore, costumes, and traditional instruments.
5:30 PM – Tasting of “Sopes Gofies”, a traditional Ibicenco dish enjoyed for generations.
CALA VEDELLA: Activities
6:30 – 8 PM – Tasting of “Café Caleta” an authentic Ibiza pastry: This iconic drink kept fishermen warm and energized through long hours at sea, now perfectly paired with local delicacies.
7 – 8:30 PM – Excursion on the “Bon Día” Llaüt and Paddle Surf to Es Vedrà. Glide across the sea on the classic ‘Bon Día’ llaüt or paddleboard to the enchanting island of Es Vedrà .
Registrations: At the Cala Vadella Paddle Surf and SUP Yoga Center, on a first-come, first-served basis.
