Be it because of its climate, its idyllic beaches, its charm, its cuisine, its atmosphere or its many contrasts, Ibiza is one of the most photographed islands in the world, and we know why. Es Bol Nou is a beach formed by a group of different sandy coves and beaches that alternate with pebbles and rocky areas; it is located between marine slopes and a closed bay. From Es Bol Nou we can emphasize the reddish colour of its cliffs, which contrast with the clear waters of this area. The Es Bol Nou beach is placed next to the Phoenician settlement and the fishing harbour of Sa Caleta, surrounded by cliffs made of red clay.
Ses Boques is a peaceful pebble beach below the cliffs of Es Cubells. It is special because of its small size and untouched landscape, which together are quite spectacular and unique. Due to its location by the open sea, on this beach there is usually a swell, which increases its natural beauty and still allows going for a swim. This beach is surrounded by coniferous trees along the cliffs and on the left end of the little cove we can make out some fisherman’s huts.
Es Cubells village is next to a cliff under which lays the Ses Bosques beach. In this village, we can find a monument erected in 1996 that pays tribute to the seamen. In Es Cubells it seems that time stands still and the beauty and the tranquility of the old days prevail. Here you will find more information about Platges de Comte. here
